We offer attractive rate to consult you on various
projects from menu creation, to developing a marketing plan,
to securing capital to finance expansion. We don't
claim to be a total 1-stop shop, but we try to address
problem areas where some succeed and other fail. Two
of our biggest clients were once restaurants, unfortunately
when they closed so did the dreams of their operators.
In both cases we were brought in as a promotional company to
try to rescue the failing restaurant who was losing its
customer base. While we did bring new trails an
analysis was done on why both failed, and that was because
either targeted the customer who came through there door on
their own. A lot of that-a-boys and credit was given
to the new trail, but the real reason there was no success
was they forgot about their real customers. o
The problems of high staff turnover, large unproductive
marketing budgets, and the fact that a loyalty program
focused on neighborhood marketing was not in place was the
real reason for both restaurant failing. For both of
these hard working individuals some of the software and
